Royal Label handles a variety of label adhesive types, material sizes and thicknesses – including four-process digitally printed paper labels to silkscreened woven substrates that withstand constant wear and tear. Printing equipment includes the following:
- HP Indigo 6000 Digital Offset press
- 6 Flexographic presses
- 2 Silkscreen presses
- Flatbed die-cutter
- 100% video inspection
Our printing facility has been streamlined in order to eliminate unnecessary steps and to improve process flow. Work flow begins in our staging area where a stager assembles all pieces needed for a job and then removes them at the end – allowing our press operators to focus on the print run rather than job assembly.
